WAMC Northeast Public Radio reported Nov. 30 on the Albany-Tula Alliance’s $36,000-plus donation to the International Center of the Capital Region, which has been located on the Hudson Valley Community College campus for two years.
The monetary gift is possible because the Albany-Tula Alliance has suspended diplomatic relations with its Russian sister city due to the war in Ukraine.
